Brow & Beauty Expert - Tamworth

Role overview

Benefit is expanding and is looking for a full-time Brow & Beauty Expert to build genuine customer relationships at the Boots Tamworth counter. In this role, you will help deliver strong sales performance while creating memorable service experiences for every customer.

What you will do

• Work toward your individual retail sales targets in line with the counter manager’s expectations, using confident product demonstrations and strong customer engagement to drive revenue.
• Deliver brow services such as waxing, tinting and tweezing to keep customers satisfied and encourage repeat visits, which in turn supports service income.
• Support your colleagues and contribute to the wider needs of the counter and business so the team can meet shared sales objectives.
• Take an active role in in-store, external and charity events, using these occasions to showcase products, connect with customers and generate additional sales.
• Keep daily and weekly records up to date, tracking personal sales performance and assisting the counter manager with administrative tasks that support sales planning.
• Maintain a tidy, hygienic counter and well-presented displays that reflect the brand well and help create an inviting shopping environment.

• You should be energetic, enthusiastic and motivated by sales.
• A genuine interest in makeup and retail, along with a strong focus on meeting commercial goals, is important.
• The ideal person enjoys targets, welcomes challenges and aims to go beyond expectations.
• You should be committed to delivering a distinctive customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
• Availability needs to be flexible, including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.
• This role requires 2 to 4 years of prior customer service experience in retail or hospitality, with a strong desire to achieve sales success.
