Role Summary

The company is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Branding Specialist to join its Professional Branding team. This role is focused on helping cybersecurity professionals stand out in the job market by shaping strong career narratives, producing high-quality resumes, improving LinkedIn presence, and developing content that positions candidates as knowledgeable voices in cybersecurity. The role reports to the Manager, Professional Branding and is designed to support learners in becoming highly competitive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating and improving resumes for cybersecurity positions such as GRC, SOC Analyst, and Compliance roles. A major part of the role is ensuring the documents are highly compatible with ATS tools, customized to each job description, and refined through review and feedback cycles.

You will also optimize LinkedIn profiles by writing strong headlines, compelling summary sections, and clear experience descriptions, while applying keyword strategies that improve recruiter visibility and engagement.

Another part of the job involves creating strategic content for students, including LinkedIn posts and thought leadership pieces. The content should support personal branding, highlight expertise in areas such as GRC frameworks, compliance, risk management, and current cybersecurity trends, and contribute to community engagement through quiz facilitation and Discord content.

In addition, you will collaborate with Career Specialists to ensure branding aligns with job search plans, participate in weekly reviews, track performance, help improve internal processes and SOPs, and maintain organized records for all assigned students.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of professional writing experience, especially in resume writing and LinkedIn optimization. Strong knowledge of ATS systems and resume tailoring techniques is required, along with excellent written and spoken English.

You should also be able to write persuasive, results-focused content, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines consistently, and maintain a high level of accuracy and quality.

Preferred experience includes familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and trends, background in career development services, a portfolio that shows resume and LinkedIn work, and exposure to content strategy or thought leadership positioning.
