Role overview

TOMMY HILFIGER is a globally recognized lifestyle brand that has been inspiring customers since 1985. Rooted in New York and shaped by Americana, the brand represents accessible luxury through TOMMY HILFIGER, TOMMY JEANS, and a wide range of licensed product categories. The company’s marketing and communications strategy connects with culture through Fashion, Art, Music, Entertainment, and Sport, supported by major campaigns and collaborations with global talent.

The parent company, PVH, has a long heritage and operates internationally across many countries with a large workforce and strong revenues. PVH also owns Calvin Klein and promotes a values-led, inclusive workplace built on authenticity, individuality, and belonging.

In this role, the Brand Visual Merchandiser is responsible for protecting and elevating the brand image inside the store and in the windows. The position supports consistently high visual standards, product storytelling, and an engaging shopping environment for the dedicated store.

Key responsibilities

  • Help shape the store’s visual direction by presenting merchandise and maintaining a polished standard of display across the shop floor and window areas.
  • Stay informed on sales targets, mystery shop results, VM visits, and model store expectations.
  • Support the setup of window displays and keep them maintained to a high standard every day.
  • Dress mannequins in line with brand guidance, local market needs, and market direction.
  • Join staff meetings when needed and keep the team updated on changes, moves, and visual direction.
  • Work with Store Managers to apply visual guidelines while taking market-specific direction into account.
  • Monitor and assist with money mapping for VM presentation and respond appropriately with Store Managers and department managers.
  • Partner with the VM Co-Ordinator and Store Managers to plan floor space and merchandise placement based on current and existing product mix.
  • Support the planning, delivery, and execution of sale activity and model store setups in line with market guideline mapping and sales plans.
  • Build strong product knowledge so merchandise can be displayed correctly and explained effectively to customers.
  • Help ensure the sales team replenishes product on the sales floor accurately and consistently.
  • Support the Store Managers in training the team on visual standards and execution.
  • Assist the VM Co-Ordinator with coaching and training around brand and seasonal guidelines.
  • Review the windows every day to spot presentation issues and product-related challenges.
  • Work closely with department managers to achieve the best possible VM standards in store.
  • Share updates on planned activity with key stakeholders and report back to VM HQ.
  • Contribute to the delivery of marketing events in the store location.
  • Build effective relationships with other Brand VM and Field VM teams and contribute to head office VM meetings when required.
  • Support the VM Co-Ordinator in developing model store guidelines.

Candidate profile

  • Prior retail experience and a solid understanding of visual merchandising basics along with brand guideline compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships easily.
  • Creative thinking, commercial awareness, and confidence in making decisions and communicating clearly at all levels.
  • Comfort working in a changing environment and adapting quickly with pace.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and consistently guided by integrity.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.

Benefits

PVH offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support associates at work and at home, with protection, flexibility, and peace of mind.
