Role Overview
This contract position for a Marketing Expert is fully remote and offers compensation ranging from $80 to $150 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop precise grading standards tailored to specific marketing outputs like creative briefs, campaign ideas, and brand positioning models.
- Evaluate both AI-generated and human-created samples against these standards, providing detailed written explanations for each score.
- Maintain consistent, evidence-based decision-making ensuring scores can be reliably reproduced and justified.
- Incorporate systematic feedback received from senior reviewers and rapidly adapt your evaluations accordingly.
- Operate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines, contributing to the enhancement of AI model capabilities.
Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in marketing or advertising fields.
- Experience as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist in leading global creative agencies, or senior brand marketing roles at prominent consumer companies.
- Expertise in authoring and assessing creative briefs, campaign strategies, brand positioning, and messaging.
- Superb written communication skills paired with high attention to detail and consistency.
- Preferred: prior involvement with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects.
