Their creators collaborate with high-profile brands such as Spotify, Raycon, NordVPN, and Factor, reaching millions of viewers on YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms.
Role Overview
SnowDay Media seeks two Brand Partnerships Managers to work remotely as independent contractors. These managers will lead sponsorship initiatives, cultivate long-term brand and agency relationships, and manage the full partnership development cycle for the agency’s creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong connections with brands, influencer marketing platforms, and agencies.
- Recognize and pursue sponsorship prospects aligned with SnowDay’s creator roster.
- Present creators to brands and agencies based on specific campaign objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, campaign pricing, deliverables, and schedules.
- Advise on appropriate creator pricing by analyzing campaign goals, market trends, and industry standards.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partnerships via the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct continuous follow-ups with prospects and existing partners to foster relationships.
- Collaborate closely with SnowDay leadership and Creator Managers to ensure campaign success.
- Stay updated on sponsorship trends, industry best practices, platform developments, and creator pricing strategies.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance SnowDay’s brand partnerships strategies and network.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, sponsorship sales, talent management, business development, or agency partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and the broader creator economy.
- Experience negotiating sponsorship or commercial agreements valued in the 4-5 figure range.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
- Highly organized with exemplary follow-up discipline.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Keen interest in assisting creators to grow their business ventures.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with creator management or influencer marketing agencies, gaming or esports brands, and marketing agencies.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Streak.
- Understanding of creator pricing structures, media kits, contract negotiations, and YouTube analytics.
Compensation and Benefits
This independent contractor position offers performance-based pay with commission for successful sponsorship deals initiated and closed by the candidate. The compensation model provides unlimited earning potential, remote work flexibility, and an opportunity to represent a roster of established creators. The role also includes working within a fun, collaborative, and growth-oriented team environment, with prospects for future leadership and full-time opportunities as the agency expands.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently employed in influencer marketing seeking increased earning potential.
- Possesses an existing network of brand or agency contacts.
- Enjoys business development, negotiation, and relationship management activities.
- Passionate about gaming, YouTube, and the creator economy.
- Interested in building a long-term career in an expanding agency.
Role Unsuitability
- Not suitable for individuals seeking traditional fixed-hour salaried employment.
- Not appropriate for those lacking experience working with brands, agencies, creators, or sponsorships.
- Unsuitable for those uncomfortable with relationship building and proactive opportunity generation.
- Not intended for those seeking short-term or side projects rather than long-term engagement.
