About the Role

Based in Melbourne, MoveActive—a globally recognized Pilates and wellness company—seeks a meticulous Brand Partnerships & Events Coordinator to enhance their PR, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and event operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in relationship management, organizational tasks, and orchestrating memorable brand experiences behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize influencer gifting programs, dispatch product samples, and oversee ambassador logistics.
• Manage marketing collateral, imagery, and product information for PR agencies, media, and partners.
• Provide support to PR agencies regarding product requests and media samples.
• Maintain influencer and ambassador partnerships, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate partnerships with studios, instructors, and aligned brands.
• Handle product logistics for events, trade shows, and partnerships, ensuring timely arrival of samples, marketing materials, and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of product samples and marketing materials across various markets.
• Assist in compiling reports on PR, influencer, and partnership activities.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Capable of managing several projects and tight timelines effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative.
• Passionate about wellness, particularly Pilates, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
• Prior experience in marketing, PR, partnerships, events, or account coordination is advantageous.
