- Collaborate with Operations, Training, Franchise Development, leadership, and external partners to successfully implement initiatives.
- Uphold brand standards and maintain marketing resources.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to craft campaign messaging and creative briefs aligned with the brand’s positioning and goals.
- Coordinate with the Creative Marketing Specialist to produce marketing materials across digital, print, social media, and in-store platforms.
- Review marketing assets to maintain quality, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, vendors, and creative collaborators as necessary.
- Develop and oversee Grain & Berry’s organic social media strategy and content calendar.
- Identify new content opportunities, monitor trends, and apply platform best practices.
- Support influencer collaborations, website content, loyalty programs, email campaigns, SEO, and digital advertisements.
- Develop and sustain Local Restaurant Marketing programs, toolkits, and playbooks.
- Encourage grassroots marketing including community partnerships, school outreach, health and wellness campaigns, local events, and catering efforts.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for franchisees, providing guidance, reviewing requests, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Support marketing for new restaurant openings and system-wide initiatives.
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest enhancements.
- Monitor trends related to restaurants, consumers, and competitors.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously with precision and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
- Three to five years of experience in brand marketing, franchise marketing, restaurant marketing, or similar roles.
- Preferred experience with restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, or consumer brands.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with capacity to collaborate on creative projects.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) approaches.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SOCi, email marketing platforms, and CMS for websites.
