Role Overview

This position is for a Brand Marketing Manager who will lead integrated brand campaigns and take ownership of the company’s annual flagship event, MooFest, along with other major brand initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Local Retail Branding, the role is central to strengthening brand perception, increasing visibility, and creating meaningful customer connections through campaigns and experiences.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, able to manage several stakeholders at once while delivering strong outcomes across multiple channels and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Work with Content, Performance, Creative, PR, and Business Development teams to build unified and impactful campaigns.
  • Adapt global brand initiatives for the Singapore market.
  • Lead the full planning and execution cycle for MooFest, the company’s annual flagship event.
  • Shape the event strategy, theme, and attendee experience in line with business and brand goals.
  • Handle budgets, schedules, suppliers, venues, agencies, and internal coordination.
  • Ensure strong on-site event delivery and seamless operations.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with local and global teams to uphold brand standards and alignment.
  • Support internal brand training and team alignment where required.
  • Collaborate closely with Singapore and headquarters teams to ensure campaigns support wider company priorities.
  • Coordinate across functions to achieve integrated marketing results.
  • Balance multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set campaign and event KPIs, monitor performance, and use insights to improve future outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in building strong brands and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional work, manage budgets and timelines, and organise stakeholder input clearly.
  • Strong communication skills with a structured, thoughtful approach.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for brand building and creating memorable campaigns with strong recall and market impact.
  • A data-informed mindset to guide messaging, channel selection, and campaign decisions, while tracking performance for ongoing improvement.
  • Interest in investing and awareness of market trends; prior personal investing experience is an advantage.
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn and iterate in a changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a creative agency serving financial sector clients.
  • Strong spoken English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
