Role overview

This internship is for someone who wants to build a career in brand marketing within a lively fintech environment. The role centres on storytelling, content development, social media engagement, and helping grow the company’s digital presence among retail investors in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Senior Content Marketing Specialist to plan, develop, and manage content from start to finish across several social media channels, following the team’s strategy.
• Organise, curate, and schedule content so it is published consistently across platforms.
• Improve brand visibility and audience interaction by supporting growth in views, likes, follows, and overall engagement.
• Gather performance data from different platforms, review it, and turn it into clear recommendations to improve future content.
• Keep an eye on comments, direct messages, and audience sentiment to protect brand health and handle community interactions smoothly.
• Support content creation for a new project as part of wider engagement and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to generate, shape, and execute creative ideas.
• Genuine interest in content creation and familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and engagement drivers such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
• A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to handle several tasks at once without losing composure when things become busy.
• Comfortable communicating in English; Mandarin fluency is an advantage.
• Interest in or exposure to finance and investing is helpful; experience with Canva Pro and/or CapCut Pro is also a plus.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship from July to December 2025.
