Role Overview
Based in Tonbridge, Kent, this strategic leadership position at Master of Malt is pivotal in orchestrating a customer-centric marketing strategy that elevates the brand’s presence across all platforms. You will take charge of the marketing calendar, unify campaign efforts, and lead multiple teams toward delivering impactful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously refine the Master of Malt marketing calendar for both retail and trade sectors.
- Design and execute customer-driven campaigns that merge creativity with commercial goals.
- Integrate efforts of the Campaigns, Content, and Organic Social teams within a cohesive strategy.
- Identify prime commercial opportunities and align activities across Performance Marketing, CRM, content platforms, and digital merchandising.
- Collaborate with Buying and Commercial departments to ensure marketing aligns with product strategies and trading plans.
- Ensure consistent campaign activation across multiple channels with clear leadership and deadlines.
- Lead campaign performance assessments, using insights and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with UX and Digital Merchandising to develop engaging customer experiences on websites.
- Enhance marketing operations by streamlining reporting, introducing smarter workflows, and reinforcing effective project management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in brand, campaign, or integrated marketing within ecommerce, retail, or consumer-focused companies.
- Deep understanding of customer-centric marketing, campaign structuring, and omnichannel communication strategies.
- Expertise in managing integrated marketing calendars that span multiple touchpoints.
- Ability to balance brand development with trading performance through strong commercial insight.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing cross-functional teams in Marketing, Buying, Commercial, and Digital.
- Data-driven mindset, leveraging customer insights and campaign analytics to inform future initiatives.
- Experience enhancing marketing processes, project delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborative leader with a passion for growing high-performing teams.

Work Arrangement
