Located in County Louth, Ireland, this position involves joining an innovative company undergoing significant expansion as their new Brand Manager. You will be an imaginative, strategic, and commercially savvy marketer comfortable with technically complex and highly regulated products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual brand strategy, establishing market positioning for sophisticated technical products by targeting specific customer groups and creating multi-channel brand stories that enhance commercial growth.
- Lead the creative process for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring the creation of premium brand materials, brochures, and digital assets with consistent visual and messaging quality.
- Manage the entire process of organizing trade shows, industry conferences, product launches, and key stakeholder events, designing impactful brand experiences to deepen industry engagement.
- Guarantee all marketing plans, technical documentation, and promotional items fully comply with applicable industry regulations and standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager within a tightly regulated technical industry such as Pharmaceuticals, Human or Animal Health, Medical Devices, Veterinary Sciences, or Life Sciences.
- Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements involved in creating marketing content.
- Proven ability to craft influential marketing campaigns by transforming complex technical product information into appealing customer-centered narratives.
- Experience in planning, managing, and executing impactful corporate events, trade shows, or product launches.
