Job Overview

This role entails ownership and leadership over the Anbesol and selected Loyalty brands in the Prestige portfolio. The candidate must thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting that values collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic brand plans encompassing advertising, promotions, public relations, and research aimed at meeting business objectives; focus on initiatives that maximize impact and performance, coordinating effectively with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Drive advertising campaign creation and media planning to ensure cost-effective and impactful marketing investments.
  • Oversee updates and maintain brand websites while collaborating closely with ecommerce teams to accelerate significant online sales growth.
  • Manage daily brand program logistics, including consumer promotions and activations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and program metrics are met.
  • Partner in new product development initiatives by translating consumer insights into innovative offerings supported by strong retail launch plans.
  • Analyze consumption data to identify market trends, opportunities for growth, and unmet consumer needs, providing actionable market insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, demand planning, and contractors to generate precise volume forecasts, control advertising and promotional budgets, and manage brand-level financial goals focused on net sales and profit contributions.
  • Support sales with compelling presentation materials for retail meetings using category management best practices.
  • Work alongside Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Supply Chain departments to guarantee compliance and smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Lead relationships and coordination with external creative, media, promotional, and ecommerce agencies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or a comparable field/experience.
  • Five to seven years of relevant brand management experience.
  • Strong strategic leadership skills to promote both immediate and sustained brand growth and profitability.
  • Analytical prowess to transform data into strategic insights and clear action plans.
  • Expertise in ecommerce best practices with proven ability to execute ecommerce growth strategies.
  • A proactive learner driven by intellectual curiosity to continuously enhance knowledge and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and resourcefulness to achieve goals despite challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills to lead marketing and cross-functional teams and agencies effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to act decisively and independently in resource-limited environments, demonstrating initiative and persistence.
  • Knowledge of sales, merchandising standards, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and public relations capabilities alongside solid organizational skills.

Additional Information

  • Travel requirement: Approximately 5%, via car, plane, or rail.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Hybrid work model requiring presence in the Tarrytown office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Standard workweek: 40 hours.
  • Compensation range: $150,000 to $170,000 annually.

Physical and Work Environment

The role involves frequent sitting, talking, hearing, occasional standing, walking, manual handling, and some lifting up to 10 pounds.
