Candidate Profile
- Possess 4 to 7 years of experience in field sales or territory management within professional beauty, haircare, or similar industries.

- Have a solid understanding of the U.S. salon landscape and distributor channel models, including how DSCs operate and how to engage effectively at the salon level.
- Show genuine enthusiasm for professional haircare and color products.
- Exhibit strong relationship-building capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit, and adaptability in a fast-growing environment.
- Be willing to travel extensively (approximately 50–60%) within the eastern United States and selected areas of Canada, including overnight trips.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
