About the Role
The position of Brand Executive for Premium Tea Innovations, based at Mumbai Head Office, offers a comprehensive brand-building opportunity that spans sales and product innovation within the beverages segment. This role invites engagement with a range of innovative communications and dynamic category strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the marketing mix including pricing strategies, product propositions, and packaging design.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team involving R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Consumer Market Insights to ensure successful project execution.
- Promote product sales effectively across multiple channels.
- Develop and drive direct-to-consumer sales initiatives and creative campaigns through tailored product and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with Consumer Market Insights and creative agencies to develop compelling communication strategies supporting innovations in each market.
- Oversee the complete process for creation and delivery of marketing assets such as TV commercials, print media, point-of-sale materials, and digital content.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Previous experience in Brand Building/Brand Development across any category within Hindustan Unilever Limited.
- Proven track record in managing networks for launching consumer-focused innovative products.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
- Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a proactive approach and a sense of ownership.
- Core personal attributes should include diligence, analytical mindset, creativity, empathy, and a passion for brands and consumers.
- Travel commitment of up to 20% may be required depending on project needs.
