Position Overview
We are currently seeking Brand Enhancement Technicians to maintain the high standards of our stores. Key responsibilities include ensuring equipment such as Slurpee machines operate efficiently and managing various in-store maintenance tasks to uphold store appearance and performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out high-pressure cleaning and surface restoration.
- Perform parking lot striping and ensure ADA Safety & Compliance painting is completed properly.
- Maintain the overall visual standards and facility appearance of the stores.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and skills in peer technical support.
- Experience managing project assignments and ownership of facility locations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $32.
- Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 (subject to terms and eligibility).
