Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, also called Store Crew, this entry-level position provides flexible scheduling designed to fit your lifestyle. Key duties include cash handling, managing fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking merchandise, and, for some foodservice roles, preparing food and ensuring food safety compliance. Experience with cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $24.12 according to the region and role specifics. This range represents 7-Eleven's good faith estimate and may be adjusted. Compensation and benefits, including bonuses or commissions, are subject to company policies and discretion.
