About the Role

The Brand Development Manager will be pivotal in enhancing and expanding the company's brand presence across various platforms. This role requires crafting and implementing brand strategies, managing marketing efforts, spearheading product launches, and boosting customer engagement, all aimed at increasing market share and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement brand strategies that cover both immediate and future objectives.
  • Establish and uphold a strong, uniform brand identity and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines in every communication channel.
  • Strategically position the brand to stand out amidst competing products and companies.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of ATL, BTL, digital, and retail marketing campaigns.
  • Manage product launches, promotional initiatives, and seasonal marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to enhance marketing return on investment.
  • Coordinate marketing schedules and calendars for promotional activities.
  • Identify emerging market trends and customer preferences to guide product and market development strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Research & Development, and Operations teams for new product creation and positioning.
  • Involve in competitor analysis to suggest enhancement strategies.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts and digital campaigns, ensuring consistent online branding and engagement.
  • Manage website content updates and monitor online reputation.
  • Partner with creative agencies and digital marketing vendors for campaign execution.
  • Develop trade marketing materials and support in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale branding for distributors, retailers, and franchise outlets.
  • Assist sales teams with promotional collateral and presentations.
  • Conduct market research via customer surveys and analyze sales and campaign data.
  • Generate monthly reports on marketing and brand performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and oversee the annual marketing budget, control expenses, and evaluate financial efficiency of campaigns.
  • Manage relationships and activities with external vendors including designers, agencies, printers, and photographers.
  • Lead and assign tasks within the marketing team ensuring timely delivery of branding projects.

Compensation
