Job description
About US Mobile
US Mobile is working toward a single, borderless wireless experience for anyone using any device anywhere in the world. The company’s vision centers on connection without limitations.
It supports customers by combining access to all three major networks on one phone and one plan, along with home internet powered by Starlink. There are no lock-ins or long-term commitments, and plans are customized across a wide range of price points. Customers also get 24/7 support from real people who are equipped to solve problems. Feedback from Reddit, surveys, and support interactions is used directly to shape product decisions and future roadmaps. This approach has helped US Mobile earn Consumer Reports’ top-rated mobile carrier recognition for two consecutive years.
The company is also building scalable, network-agnostic technology and operates with cross-functional, agile teams built on trust and respect. It is a fast-moving environment that suits people who can work quickly, adapt easily, collaborate well, and still maintain high standards.
US Mobile is expanding rapidly and has recently been ranked 9th on Inc. 5000’s list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. This role is for the most senior brand individual contributor, responsible for raising the bar across customer-facing brand work spanning the marketing site, product experiences, and out-of-home creative. The brand is intentionally non-corporate and focused on real people.
The team includes people from more than 20 countries and brings together a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.
