Role Overview
We are seeking a Brand Collaborations and Partnerships Manager to spearhead our partnerships, collaborations, and brand activations. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly collaborate with the company founders and influence our expansion into Australia and retail market launches. The ideal candidate thrives in relationship-building, creative campaign ideation, project management, and executing exciting brand initiatives that engage consumers and generate cultural impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities with aligned brands, retailers, organizations, and influencers.
- Lead outreach, negotiations, pitching, and cultivating long-term collaborative relationships including charity and cause partnerships that align with men's health.
- Manage end-to-end execution of collaboration campaigns, coordinating internal teams, agencies, suppliers, timelines, budgets, and launch plans.
- Drive cultural moments, retail activations, and limited-edition product launches by working with operations and supplier networks.
- Design and implement systems for documenting partnership outreach, deal structures, campaign outcomes, and ROI tracking to build a scalable partnerships function.
Qualifications and Experience
- A passion for establishing and nurturing professional relationships and securing impactful brand collaborations.
- Ability to confidently interact and negotiate with major brand stakeholders and representatives.
- Balanced approach combining creativity with strategic and commercial mindset.
- Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated proactive communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Strong interest in brand marketing, consumer culture, and behavioral trends.
- Experience in brand marketing, partnerships, business development, agency account management, or startup environments preferred.
- Typically 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, with openness to exceptional candidates earlier in their careers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between NZ$75,000 and NZ$85,000, commensurate with experience.
