The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Tuggerah, NSW, with on-site attendance required two days each week.
What You Will Do

- Lead campaign planning from start to finish, including goals, schedules, and deliverables across channels.
- Create detailed briefs for Creative, Social, PR, Influencer, and Retail teams.
- Oversee marketing budgets and distribute spend across channels to strengthen awareness, engagement, and campaign results.
- Review campaign and brand performance, then turn insights into practical recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Specialist so messaging, assets, and launch timing are aligned across digital channels and support commercial outcomes.
- Direct the creative development of seasonal campaigns, hero launches, lookbooks, product shoots, digital content, and brand assets.
- Own the creative process across all marketing channels so work is delivered on time, aligned to brand, and commercially effective.
- Guide creative execution on set for campaign, social, content, and digital shoots while protecting the premium SŚAINT look and feel.
- Provide direction to photographers, videographers, stylists, talent, production crews, and outside creative partners.
- Turn campaign ideas into compelling creative stories, content plans, and channel-specific executions.
- Prepare strong creative briefs for internal and external teams to ensure everyone is working from the same direction.
- Work with the founders and Product Development to ensure campaigns reflect the wider brand vision.
- Plan rollout timelines, production schedules, deliverables, and inter-team responsibilities.
- Review and sign off on creative assets before they go live, maintaining consistency, quality, and impact across all touchpoints.
- Protect and evolve the visual identity across photography, video, digital content, retail materials, packaging, and wholesale collateral.
- Support production planning and budget control while keeping projects efficient.
- Bring fresh ideas by tracking trends, content formats, and cultural moments that keep the brand relevant and aspirational.
- Serve as the custodian of the SŚAINT brand, ensuring every touchpoint stays consistent.
- Support the development of the brand identity while staying true to the company vision, values, and long-term direction.
- Make sure campaigns, partnerships, events, and communications build brand equity and deliver a premium experience.
- Spot opportunities to elevate the brand through stronger storytelling, cultural relevance, and strategic collaborations.
- Lead content strategy across social media, PR, retail, wholesale, and marketing communications, in partnership with the Ecommerce Specialist for digital and website content.
- Keep brand voice, messaging, and visuals aligned across every customer-facing touchpoint.
- Work with Product Development and Ecommerce to craft engaging stories around collections, fragrance launches, and collaborations.
- Build partnerships, collaborations, and community initiatives that strengthen the brand.
- Plan and deliver product launches, media events, community activations, and brand experiences that increase awareness and deepen customer connection.
- Own the full influencer and creator marketing program, including both paid and gifted partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, creators, ambassadors, and brand partners.
- Coordinate product seeding and gifting activity.
- Handle PR opportunities, press releases, launches, and brand collaborations.
- Track and report on influencer performance, earned media value, and campaign outcomes.
- Partner with Creative, Product Development, Ecommerce, Customer Experience, and Wholesale teams to keep planning and execution aligned.
- Manage and mentor junior marketers, providing clear direction, coaching, and development support.
- Run weekly campaign planning meetings and oversee timelines across departments.
- Build scalable marketing systems and creative processes that support growth.
- Encourage a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team environment.
