About VEYL

VEYL is creating a new model for private mobility. The company is not a chauffeur service and it is not a ride-hailing app; instead, it is developing a private travel network for executives, founders, family offices, luxury hotels and private members clubs.

Role Overview

As Brand & Growth Manager, you will own VEYL’s external presence and help position the business as a leading name in luxury travel. This is a hands-on role for someone who can shape brand direction, open doors, create partnerships and generate inbound interest. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and have a meaningful voice in how the business grows.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take charge of VEYL’s LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook channels.
  • Plan, create and roll out content strategies.
  • Maintain structured content schedules and publishing plans.
  • Turn company milestones, partnerships and achievements into engaging posts and stories.
  • Produce graphics, presentations and other marketing collateral.
  • Run email outreach and member communication campaigns.
  • Design referral and ambassador initiatives.
  • Research suitable industry events and coordinate participation.
  • Support collaborations with hotels, concierge businesses and private members clubs.
  • Spot PR opportunities and work toward media visibility.
  • Track market shifts and identify new routes for growth.
  • Increase brand visibility across luxury travel, executive mobility, family offices and private aviation.
  • Monitor marketing results and share regular performance reports alongside the wider marketing plan.

What We Are Looking For

  • A solid grasp of branding, positioning and consumer behaviour.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting ability.
  • Proven experience producing content that attracts genuine engagement.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to go beyond task execution.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • A self-directed, proactive approach to work.
  • Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of social media, audience behaviour and content trends, with a track record of converting attention into brand growth.

Bonus Experience

  • Background in luxury, hospitality, travel, membership, events or lifestyle sectors.
  • Experience handling brand partnerships.
  • Exposure to event planning.
  • Public relations experience.
  • Ability to create basic or advanced graphic design assets.
