Brand Ambassador

About the Role

Thélios is seeking a Brand Ambassador to drive sales targets for its portfolio of brands within the designated region. The role involves building strong customer relationships, promoting brands, and ensuring an excellent consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales objectives for assigned brands.
• Establish new partnerships and maintain existing customer relationships to foster long-term mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Educate clients about Thélios brands during regular visits, introduce new products, and gather customer feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Conduct in-store training sessions for customer staff to enhance sales performance and client experience.
• Develop qualitative door distribution tailored to each brand's unique profile.
• Serve as the link between customers and the Trade Marketing team to implement window campaigns and in-store displays.
• Provide routine schedules and business progress reports to senior management.
• Complete necessary account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
• Represent the company at industry and special events through active participation.

Candidate Profile

• Holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration or possesses equivalent professional experience.
• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in optical sales or business-to-business sales.
• Preferences for candidates with exposure to fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
• Understands retail operations including assortment strategies, inventory management, and best-seller replenishment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Apple technology products.
• Exemplifies excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both speaking and writing.
• Maintains a professional demeanor with a positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Willing and able to travel locally and internationally between 60% and 80% of the time.
