Job description
Role Overview
PT Benfood Dinamika Sentosa (Alfa Group) is hiring a Brand Activation Officer for an on-site role in Brand, Bavaria, Germany. This position focuses on tax administration, invoice handling, and monthly reporting work tied to accounting and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare calculations for PPh payments, monthly VAT, and the monthly tax report.
- Issue credit notes and tax invoices, and share withholding proof with vendors.
- Review PPh across all transactions.
- Compile and maintain withholding tax evidence records.
- Handle output tax and input tax invoices, including related reporting.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Brevet A and B certification is needed.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of complex formulas, are important.
- Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Accurate, or similar software is an advantage.
- Applicants should be detail-oriented and capable of analytical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are expected.
- The role calls for someone who can manage several tasks and set priorities well.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are required.
