Brand Activation Officer

Role Overview

PT Benfood Dinamika Sentosa (Alfa Group) is hiring a Brand Activation Officer for an on-site role in Brand, Bavaria, Germany. This position focuses on tax administration, invoice handling, and monthly reporting work tied to accounting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare calculations for PPh payments, monthly VAT, and the monthly tax report.
• Issue credit notes and tax invoices, and share withholding proof with vendors.
• Review PPh across all transactions.
• Compile and maintain withholding tax evidence records.
• Handle output tax and input tax invoices, including related reporting.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Brevet A and B certification is needed.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of complex formulas, are important.
• Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Accurate, or similar software is an advantage.
• Applicants should be detail-oriented and capable of analytical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are expected.
• The role calls for someone who can manage several tasks and set priorities well.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are required.
