Branch Service Executive

About the role

RHB Banking Group is hiring a motivated Associate for its branch services team in Singapore. This position focuses on creating a positive in-branch customer experience, supporting everyday banking activity, and making sure branch work is carried out in line with required regulations and internal standards. The role also involves working with different internal teams to keep service delivery smooth and efficient.

Customer service and support

• Welcome customers and help them with queries and transactions in a courteous, efficient, and professional way.
• Share clear and timely information about the bank’s products and services.
• Assist in rolling out customer service improvements and branch-level service initiatives.
• Maintain service quality by following retail banking procedures and using available customer service systems and tools effectively.
• Work with internal partners such as product and operations teams to strengthen customer experience and overall service delivery.

Complaint handling

• Manage customer complaints and issues with prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Escalate sensitive or complicated cases to the supervisor without delay.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and appropriately.

Branch operations

• Support day-to-day branch activities and assist at other branches when required.
• Check customer identification and confirm that all transactions are properly authorised and documented.
• Handle cash-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Assist with account opening work and keep transaction records accurate.
• Carry out any other duties specified in the Branch Operational Manual.
• Partner with branch colleagues and sales teams to support efficient operations and deliver strong service.

Compliance and risk

• Follow all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk controls strictly within the branch.
