Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting walk-in customers at the branch, specifically promoting and selling credit cards to these customers within the bank setting. You will need to clearly communicate product features, advantages, and eligibility criteria to potential customers. Achieving monthly sales targets is a key focus, along with aiding customers with the documentation and application process. Collaboration with internal teams will be required to ensure seamless processing.
Candidate Profile
The role is open to graduates of any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply, though prior experience in sales or the BFSI sector is advantageous. Candidates should be aged between 21 and 34 years and be proficient in the local language as well as have basic English communication skills. The position is open to all genders.
