Branch Operations Manager - Micro Business Loans

Position Overview

The Branch Operations Manager for Micro Business Loans is tasked with overseeing the daily operational functions of the branch focused on disbursement and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the disbursement process for Micro Business Loans (MBL) ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and uphold the quality of loan files during disbursement.
• Review and approve MBL cases in the system in alignment with company policies and prescribed parameters.
• Collaborate regularly with all stakeholders, including Sales, Credit, and FCU teams, to stay updated on policy changes, process adjustments, and daily operational matters.

Leadership & Management Duties

• Provide mentorship and coaching to senior team members promoting a culture of customer focus, innovative thinking, compliance, and integrity.
• Attract and retain highly skilled talent to support the bank's accelerated growth objectives.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in any discipline is essential.
• Postgraduate qualification is preferable but not mandatory.
• A minimum of three years experience in operations or customer service roles is required.
