Role Overview

The Branch Manager will oversee the branch's entire operation with a focus on efficiency and profitability. This role includes comprehensive responsibility for reporting financial and operational performance to company leadership. The manager will also handle all employee-related processes including recruitment, training, and terminations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full financial accountability for expenses, wages, and management of branch assets.
  • Evaluate operational weaknesses and design action plans to enhance branch performance.
  • Develop and manage a weekly operational and sales performance report.
  • Lead the hiring and professional development of branch staff.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
  • Have a minimum of two years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and training staff members effectively.
