Branch Manager - Harare Brusta Motors

Role overview

This is a hands-on branch leadership position for a quick-service restaurant environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a Hungry Lion branch, with full ownership of people, product, cash, and performance. The role demands strong control of cash, stock, and staffing so the branch operates smoothly and meets its targets.

Key duties

• Oversee the full operation of the branch, including team performance, product availability, and service standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules so the floor is properly covered at all times.
• Place stock orders, receive deliveries, and prevent both stockouts and unnecessary waste.
• Count, balance, reconcile, and bank cash on a daily basis.
• Drive results on speed of service, product quality, and waste control without constant supervision.
• Resolve customer concerns directly and maintain the standard expected from the branch.

Requirements

• O'Levels.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team in a QSR or fast food setting.
• Practical experience in cash handling, daily banking, and till reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of stock control.
• Experience preparing staff rosters and changing schedules based on business needs.
• A leadership style that is firm, fair, and respected by the team.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Reliable ability to travel to the store consistently.
