Job Responsibilities

• Lead the branch to grow business volumes and meet sales objectives.
• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring seamless functionality.
• Guide, energize, and enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
• Drive sourcing of Home Loan and LAP products through various channels such as DSA, DST, and direct sales.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Collaborate closely with Credit and Operations departments to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
• Maintain portfolio integrity and comply with internal policies and standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Affordable Housing Finance, Home Loans, Mortgage, NBFCs, or Housing Finance Companies.
• Preferably experienced in managing a branch and handling teams.
