Job description
Role Summary
Join as a Branch Gold Loan Executive for a 6-month internship with Muthoot Finance. This role is based near your home branch within a 5 to 10 km radius in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive with a full-time salary package.
Compensation Details
- Internship stipend ranges between INR 12,300 and INR 14,000 per month during the 6-month internship period.
- Post-internship full-time salary ranges from INR 2,50,000 to INR 2,92,000 per annum, potentially reaching up to INR 3,00,000 with performance incentives and branch bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of Gold Loan processing and perform administrative data entry and backend follow-ups.
- Manage customer queries, ensuring excellent client relationship management.
- Assist sales and marketing efforts by identifying new customers, retaining current clients, and participating in local promotional activities through internal calls.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be graduates from any discipline.
- Recent graduates from batches 2023 through 2026 are eligible.
- Applicants should have strong communication skills in their regional language and maintain a friendly, customer-first demeanor.
