Job description
Role Overview
This role involves a 6-month internship as a Branch Gold Loan Executive, primarily stationed at the nearest branch within 5 to 10 km from the candidate's residence. Successfully completing the internship opens the opportunity for promotion to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).
Compensation Details
During the internship period, the candidate will receive a stipend ranging between INR 12,300 and INR 14,000. Upon transitioning to a full-time role post-internship, the salary ranges from INR 2.50 lakh to INR 2.92 lakh per annum, with the potential to reach up to INR 3.00 lakh including performance incentives and branch bonuses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from any degree discipline
- Freshers who have passed out between 2023 and 2026
- Effective communication skills in the local or regional language
- Possess a customer-centric and approachable attitude
Primary Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day gold loan processing and related administrative duties including data entry and backend follow-ups
- Manage customer inquiries and foster strong client relationships
- Assist the team with sales efforts such as identifying new clients, retaining existing customers, and organizing local promotional activities via in-house calls
