Job description
About the Role
We are seeking Branch Gold Loan Executives to join our team on a 6-month stipend-based contract at our locations in Goa, India. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day gold loan operations, customer service, and sales support. Successful completion of this internship can lead to promotion as a Junior Relationship Executive with a full-time salary and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily gold loan operations including administrative data entry and backend follow-ups.
- Address customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support sales and marketing activities to attract new clients and retain current customers through calls and local promotional efforts.
Eligibility and Skills
- Graduate freshers from any degree, passed out between 2023 and 2026.
- Strong communication skills in the local or regional language.
- Customer-focused and friendly attitude.
Compensation & Career Growth
- Stipend during the 6-month internship ranging from ₹12,300 to ₹14,000 per month.
- After successful internship completion, promotion to Junior Relationship Executive with a salary between ₹2.50 LPA and ₹2.92 LPA, potentially up to ₹3.00 LPA including performance-based incentives and branch bonuses.

Work Locations
