About the Role
Become a vital member of Tesla's innovative Body Repair Program, revolutionizing automotive repairs by using state-of-the-art tools, advanced materials, and environmentally friendly techniques to restore Tesla vehicles like the Models S, 3, X, and Y to their optimal condition. Collaborate with industry leaders and benefit from ongoing training in a setting where innovation, sustainability, and high-quality craftsmanship intersect.
Key Responsibilities
- Support technicians and the repair team in carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles following specific repair protocols.
- Carefully reassemble vehicle panels to restore them to as-new standards according to established procedures.
- Conduct safety and functionality assessments on reassembled components.
- Clean, polish, and prepare vehicles for delivery to customers after completing repairs.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum of one year’s experience in automotive laboring or a similar area.
- Strong teamwork orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Dependable, inventive, motivated, and cooperative personality traits.
- Possession of a clean, valid driver's license.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Basic proficiency with computer technology.
