Biology Researcher

Position Overview

We are seeking a Biology Researcher for a contract role paying between $80 and $90 per hour. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically assess and provide comprehensive feedback on biology-related datasets, prompts, and content utilized in AI development processes.
• Develop, evaluate, and enhance scientific scenarios, questions, or explanations that represent complex biological challenges.
• Deliver expert insights to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and depth of datasets and AI-generated outputs within the biological domain.
• Collaborate closely with platform teams to resolve ambiguities and improve data quality, coverage, and representation of biological topics.
• Document research findings, methodologies, and justifications to promote transparency and reproducibility of project outcomes.
• Engage in iterative review cycles and continuous evaluation to advance AI system capabilities pertaining to biology.

Requirements

• Holder of a PhD in biology or a related life science field.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in fundamental biological concepts with the capacity to explain complex subjects to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clearly conveying feedback and scientific rationale.
• Experience conducting scientific data analysis, critical research evaluation, and synthesizing complex subject matter.
• Ability to work independently and consistently produce high-quality work within project guidelines.
