Biology Researcher

About the Position

We are seeking a Biology Expert for a contract role offering remote work options. Compensation ranges from $80 to $90 per hour, with a weekly commitment between 10 to 40 hours.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform critical assessments and provide comprehensive feedback on biology-related materials, prompts, and data involved in AI development processes.
• Develop, evaluate, and enhance scientific scenarios, queries, and explanations that represent intricate, real-world biological challenges.
• Provide advanced insights to guarantee the precision, significance, and depth of AI training data and outputs within the field of biology.
• Work collaboratively with platform teams to resolve ambiguities and improve the quality, scope, and representativeness of biological data.
• Record methodologies, findings, and justifications to support transparency and reproducibility in deliverables.
• Engage in iterative review cycles and continuous assessment to improve AI capabilities related to biology.

Candidate Requirements

• PhD degree in Biology or a closely related life science discipline.
• Proven expertise in fundamental biological concepts with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey scientific feedback and reasoning.
• Experience in analyzing scientific data, critically evaluating research, and synthesizing complex subject matter.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently, delivering consistent, high-quality results within project guidelines.
