About the Role
The Billing Liaison Officer serves as the key intermediary between the Northern NSW Local Health District and the HealthShare Patient Billing team. This role specializes in patient financial classification and claims expertise, tasked with addressing inquiries, troubleshooting billing issues, and identifying ways to boost patient billing revenue.
Employment Details
- Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 5
- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time or part-time options available
- Work Hours: Up to 38 hours per week
- Salary Range: $82,338 to $84,205 per annum pro-rata
- Location: Negotiable within Northern NSW Local Health District sites
