Role overview

This position is for a driven Sales Development Representative who enjoys competitive, fast-moving sales environments with short sales cycles. The role includes structured training, close collaboration with an experienced sales team, and a defined path toward becoming an Account Executive. What you'll do

  • Reach out to prospects through inbound and outbound channels to create new sales opportunities.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand customer needs and priorities.
  • Pass qualified opportunities to the right Account Executives for further progression and closing.
  • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build interest in the offering.
  • Manage and expand the prospect database within the assigned segment.
  • Support engaging online demos for prospects when needed.

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you should reflect the EH Way by staying focused, adaptable, and strongly impact-oriented. The ideal candidate brings 1 to 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in tech or SaaS, along with a history of regularly surpassing targets. Comfort with phone-based selling is important, as is strong resilience and confidence in high-volume outreach. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid listening and presentation abilities, and be fully bilingual in French and English.

Tools and experience

Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach is preferred.
