The position focuses on real-time clinical note-taking, medical chart preparation, and helping coordinate patient care activities. This is a full-time remote role based in Argentina and sits within healthcare, medical documentation, and clinical support.

The ideal candidate is accurate, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving clinical settings. You should be able to capture patient encounters as they happen, keep records precise and confidential, and support physicians and other care providers with documentation and administrative follow-up. A strong grasp of medical language, documentation standards, and HIPAA requirements is essential.

Live medical documentation

  • Record patient consultations and procedures in real time during appointments.
  • Review and prepare charts before and after patient visits.
  • Document patient history, examination findings, treatment plans, and clinical notes with accuracy.
  • Structure notes using SOAP format, provider-specific templates, and EMR/EHR tools.
  • Keep medical records complete, orderly, and up to date.

Clinical and administrative support

  • Assist with patient follow-ups and communication workflows.
  • Support documentation updates, order processing, and other clinical coordination tasks.
  • Help with administrative follow-up work linked to patient care.
  • Verify prescriptions and begin prior authorization steps when required.
  • Work with healthcare providers and clinical staff to keep documentation aligned.
  • Contribute to smooth patient flow and improved provider productivity.

Compliance and quality standards

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements at all times.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for audit review.
  • Work according to provider documentation standards and established clinical processes.
  • Stay current on medical terminology and best practices in healthcare documentation.

What we are looking for

This role is best suited to a detail-focused healthcare professional who can listen carefully, type quickly, and document precisely while staying composed during live patient interactions. Strong accountability, professionalism, and the ability to work well with a remote team are important for success.

Eligibility and application notes

  • Applicants must submit a CV in English.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written, is required.
  • English proficiency must be C1 level or higher.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in medical scribing, dental scribing, or clinical documentation for U.S.-based healthcare providers is required.
  • Graduates of allied medical programs such as MD, DMD, RN, or similar healthcare backgrounds are strongly preferred.
  • Typing speed must be at least 70 WPM.
  • Intermediate ability with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is required.

Preferred background

  • Experience supporting physicians, dentists, specialists, or multi-provider clinics is preferred.
  • Exposure to prior authorizations, prescription workflows, and follow-up coordination is an advantage.
  • Prior remote healthcare support experience is beneficial.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards is highly valued.

Why this role stands out

  • Fully remote opportunity supporting healthcare providers in the United States.
  • Exposure to a range of clinical workflows and care settings.
  • Potential for long-term growth in healthcare support operations.
  • Collaborative remote team environment.
  • Direct contribution to provider efficiency and patient care quality.
