- Conduct all candidate interactions fluently in English and Spanish.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp staffing needs, job requirements, shift schedules, and prioritization.
- Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and projected requirements.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate candidate management.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, pre-employment processes, onboarding, and ongoing communications.

- Deliver a respectful and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Identify recruitment challenges and propose solutions to enhance candidate flow and efficiency.
- Participate in onsite interviews, job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach when needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal employment standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with effective reading, writing, and speaking abilities in both languages.
- Minimum of three years experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting large volumes of hourly manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial workers.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Proven capability to juggle multiple open job requisitions and candidate pools independently.

- Knowledge of unionized manufacturing or distribution hiring processes.
- Participation in high-volume recruitment events, job fairs, or workforce community initiatives.
- Established ties with community organizations or workforce programs for candidate sourcing.
- Experience hiring bilingual hourly employees in manufacturing or industrial contexts.
- Track record supporting rapid expansions, production launches, or large workforce buildouts.
