Core requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or any higher qualification is required.
• Candidates must hold a recognized English teaching certificate such as TESOL, TEFL, or TESL; CELTA or an equivalent credential is preferred.
• At least 2 years of ESL teaching experience is needed.
• Applicants should show a clear dedication to improving professionally and maintaining strong teaching standards.

Preferred professional profile

• Advanced ESL credentials at Level 5 equivalent or above, including qualifications such as CELTA, TKT, DipTESOL, PGCE, MEd, or PhDEd, are preferred.
• Ongoing participation in continuing professional development (CPD) is an advantage.
• Prior experience teaching international learners is preferred.

Language requirements

• Strong English ability at CEFR C2 level or an equivalent standard is mandatory.
• Knowledge of at least one additional language at CEFR B1+ level or above is strongly preferred.

Teaching scope

The teaching assignment may involve working with either younger students or adult learners, depending on how sessions are allocated.

Learner groups can include school-aged children, university students, working professionals, and adults aiming to improve conversational fluency.

All lesson materials are supplied ahead of the teaching sessions.
