Role overview

This position is for a bilingual customer support professional who will help train AI systems. The work focuses on assessing chatbot progress, checking how well the models reason, and identifying issues that can be used to improve overall quality.

What you will do

Run writing and editing assignments for AI chatbots and review the results they generate.
Assess AI output for accuracy, quality, and general performance.
Hold conversations with chatbots in both Arabic and English to test their language ability and development.
Create original dialogue examples to teach the models what appropriate responses should look like.

Required background

You need strong, expert-level linguistics knowledge.
You must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
You should be detail-focused and careful in review work.
Strong grammar, writing style, and brand voice control are expected.
A bachelor's degree that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though it is not mandatory.

Working arrangement and payment

This is an independent contractor role. You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when to work. The schedule is flexible, and work can be done on your own computer from home. Compensation starts at USD 25+ per hour, with bonus rates available on certain projects. Payments are made through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. No payment will ever be requested from applicants.

Location and eligibility

Only candidates currently based in the United Arab Emirates will be considered for this opportunity.
