Job description
Overview
RLB KSA invites applications for the role of Bid Coordinator at their Riyadh Head Office to enhance the capacity of their Bid and Operations team. The position is primarily focused on managing the bid process by preparing, reviewing, and submitting comprehensive proposals, prequalification documents, and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Registering and maintaining accounts on online bid portals.
- Tracking incoming bid information and communications, then distributing them to the bid team and management, along with monitoring bid submission statuses.
- Managing the Bid Library that includes CVs, templates, and case studies.
- Providing coordination support to Bid Managers through all stages of the bidding lifecycle, including tender document downloading.
- Assisting in the end-to-end production and delivery of bids.
- Preparing documents for bid kickoffs and bid plans.
- Coordinating and completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Requests for Information (RFI) timely and comprehensively.
- Communicating client tender clarifications effectively.
- Maintaining and updating bid templates.
- Supporting the creation of presentation and marketing materials.
- Collecting imagery to enhance bid visuals and archiving them in the bid library.
- Ensuring all bids are efficiently managed and submissions are punctual.
Candidate Profile
- Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a comparable position with direct exposure to bid processes, bid writing, and proposal development, preferably within the KSA Tier 1 Consultancy market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational capability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to independent and team-based work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign is necessary.
- Creativity and robust interpersonal skills are important for developing innovative bids and marketing campaigns and nurturing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Degree holder or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Technical Competencies
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (version 5.5 or higher), including InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with website architecture, basic HTML, and ongoing development in desktop publishing, printing, and graphic design techniques.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a positive mindset.
- Strong team collaboration, multitasking, timely project delivery, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Prior construction consultancy experience will be regarded as a significant advantage.
- Mastery of MS Word and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail and excellent writing abilities.
- Flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities.
