Our newest venue is launching on Dubai’s picturesque beachfront, offering guests an ambiance reminiscent of the French Riviera with sunshine, elegant relaxing vibes, and exquisite rosé sunsets.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the beverage program including both bar and wine offerings.
• Create and continuously enhance cocktails and drink menus.
• Lead, motivate, and train the bar team to achieve excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and cost efficiency.
• Boost beverage revenue while maintaining high service and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor managers to ensure a cohesive guest experience.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven leadership experience managing beverage operations in upscale venues.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Strong commercial insight into cost control and profit margin management.
• Effective leadership skills to grow and develop team members.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
