Role Summary
The Benefits Officer will act as a proficient administrator overseeing EMEA pension and benefits programs. The position requires effective interaction across all organizational levels and ensures accurate management and compliance of benefits documentation and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of EMEA pension and benefit schemes.
- Maintain precise documentation of all benefits and pension plans, including contractual agreements, ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate and support EMEA annual enrollment processes, including communication strategies and benefits fairs.
- Assist in rolling out new EMEA benefits initiatives.
- Review and maintain benefits-related content on the intranet for EMEA employees.
- Support management and compliance of EMEA benefit vendors through the Third Party Risk Management Program.
- Conduct regular data reviews across the EMEA region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years’ experience in HR operations or benefits administration.
- Educational background preferably in HR, finance, or accounting.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Meticulous with an aptitude for delivering quality work under pressure.
- Skilled at confidentially handling sensitive information and engaging with all employee levels.
- Project management experience is beneficial.
- Adaptable with a proactive, positive approach.
- Excellent organizational capabilities suited to a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service aptitudes.
