Cognizant, a leading technology services company, is seeking experienced professionals for the role of SME specializing in Benefit Configuration with a focus on US Healthcare processes. The company focuses on helping clients modernize technology, streamline processes, and transform experiences to thrive in dynamic markets.

Position Details and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Benefit Configuration within the US Healthcare domain, particularly handling OPTUM codes updates shared with BRC.
• Conduct system configuration analysis, design, and coding tailored to customer requirements during product implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for customized solutions ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with customer exchanges to align process updates effectively.
• Adhere to assigned night shift working hours from 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST to support US business hours.
• Be prepared to work onsite at the Cognizant office, ensuring collaboration and compliance with office policies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants must hold a graduation degree in any discipline.
• Possess 4 to 6 years of substantive experience working in US Healthcare Benefit Configuration processes.
• Demonstrated ability to handle systems configuration and participate in complex client product implementations.
• Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Must be able and willing to work from the office location.
