Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and bid farewell to guests at arrival and departure.
• Assist guests by managing their luggage, including handling, storing, and delivering bags to rooms efficiently.
• Escort guests to their accommodations, offering useful details about the hotel's amenities and services.
• Give guests recommendations and directions regarding local attractions, dining options, transportation services, and hotel facilities.
• Arrange transportation support such as taxis, rideshares, shuttles, and valet services as required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Provide attentive and personalized service catering especially to VIP guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance areas, and luggage storage to uphold a welcoming environment.
