Role Summary

In this position, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests entering or leaving the property. Your role is central to creating a welcoming arrival and a pleasant farewell, while also supporting the overall guest service journey. You will act as a host, information resource, and representative of the hotel, with a strong focus on managing lobby activity and assisting guests efficiently.
