About the Role

As a Bell Attendant, your role revolves around assisting guests with their luggage, guiding them to their rooms, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their stay by coordinating closely with front office, concierge, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly receive guests, help with their luggage, and escort them while informing about hotel and local highlights.
• Handle guest belongings carefully, ensuring proper delivery and secure storage.
• Showcase room features to guests and support them during departure with luggage assistance.
• Coordinate transportation needs such as valet and airport transfers in partnership with relevant teams.
• Maintain a professional appearance and consistently deliver superior customer service.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to address special guest requests and room changes.
• Swiftly resolve any guest issues to guarantee a pleasant experience.

Qualifications and Attributes

• 1 to 2 years' experience in guest services or bell attendant capacities, ideally within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest satisfaction.
• Physically capable of safely lifting and carrying luggage.
• Uphold a professional and positive demeanor with enthusiasm for service.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledgeable about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transport options is preferred.
