Role overview
As a delivery assistant, you will ride with other Coolblue team members in the company’s blue vans, bring appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators to customers, and ensure a friendly, helpful service experience. What you will do
- Deliver large household appliances together with a teammate and help install them at the customer’s home.
- Use your service mindset and product advice to leave customers with a positive experience.
- Work on different routes from day to day and get to know new areas across North Rhine-Westphalia.
- After the shift, spend time with colleagues through informal activities such as a drink, table tennis, or football.
What you need
- Ability to carry items such as washing machines and refrigerators up to the 4th floor.
- A Class B driving licence held for at least one year.
- A clean criminal record certificate.
- Good German communication skills to coordinate deliveries reliably with customers.
- Availability to work on different days between Monday and Saturday.
- Residence in Tamm or the surrounding area.
- Participation in one of the regular delivery fitness sessions.
